What is your delivery policy?
We aim to deliver the morning before the event & pick up by the afternoon next day after the event, for outdoor events the customer is not needed onsite for set up.
Is delivery fee & installation included?
Yes, tent set up & throne chair placement is included. Customers are expected to set up tables and chairs according to their event arrangement, Prize staff will help when delivery schedule allows.
What if I am not renting for a full day?
Prices are the same for full day and half day rentals, please call 586-441-6316 to inquire for special cases.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is to compensate where and how necessary within reasonable timing of the issue.
What if my tent is not sitting on grass?
All other surfaces will use water barrels for weight, customer is expected to provide water to fill water barrels.
